Guilford Water Authority seeks a Utility Construction Foreman to oversee a four-man construction crew. A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a crew is required. We desire someone with the ability to work and communicate with outside contractors, fellow employees, and customers. Duties to include overseeing water main construction, service tapping, leak repair, both during and after normal working hours, and general maintenance. A minimum Class B CDL license is required. In addition, the qualified individual should possess a Pennsylvania public water distribution certification or be willing to obtain one within one year.
