Our standard Service hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday
thru Friday and 8 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
Service and installation employees at Dye’s are paid hourly on a portal to portal basis, hourly rates up to $35.00/hr. Shop time is also paid during down time periods. Current staffing and business activity supports 40 to 55 hours per week. During seasonal slow periods our company strives to maintain a minimum of 32 hours per week for hourly employees. Other hourly pay benefits include:
Standard time and ½ paid for all hours over 40.
Saturday time is paid at time and ½ regardless of hour accumulation.
Double time is paid for after-hours service.
Service employees rotate paging service duties. If you are on rotation, it also designates as your Saturday to work.

Company match of 3% for IRA Savings
Company Pays over 70% of employee Health Insurance Premium. United Health Care Insurance Plan is a low out of pocket plan with a max of $1500 deductible per year for the employee.
Company Pays 50% of Eye, Dental and Life Premiums.
