Empire Buffalo, LLC

Nestled in the beautiful hills just east of Chittenango Falls State Park, Empire Buffalo is a 90-acre buffalo farm, home to a mixed ages herd of 22 animals. Currently, we sell meat at the farm as it is available. Sales are announced via email, facebook and this website.  Click here to join our email list.

Meat is Currently Available
Some yummy grass fed bison meat is currently available. Prices range from $8 per pound for the ground into the $20's for steaks.  Please call and let us know what you're interested in.  Our schedules are flexible and it is usually pretty easy to find a time to find for you to come by, just give a call to 315-655-4429.
 

Buffalo Viewing
You are always welcome to come by and see the buffalo from the roadside.  The best time for viewing is often early evening when the herd tends to come up to the higher fields.  If we are around, we are happy to walk you a little closer to the pasture. If we are not here to accompany you, please stay on the roadside.
