Martinsburg Housing Authority is seeking applications for position of live-in maintenance employee for elderly hi-rise.

Work consists of: painting, cleaning, lawn care, apt prep, etc. – 40 hrs a week. Some heating, plumbing, and electrical work. 
Experience in heating, plumbing, electric preferred.
Must have or obtain WV plumbing license within 6 mths of hire date. 
Benefits: hospital insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave.
