Wednesday, 5/1

1. Grilled vegetables (red bell pepper, zucchini, kaboch, fennel, eggplant) romaine heart, field green with basil citrus dressing
2. Troy & Gould LLP requested Spaghetti meatballs in our tasty marinara sauce

Thursday, 5/2

1. Chinese chicken salad, malange of thinly shredded carrot, cabbage, bok choy, romaine heart, field green with ginger peanut dressing
2. Free range Turkey meatloaf, gravy, mashed potato and vegetables

Friday, 5/3

1. Tabbouleh salad, chopped vegetables, field green with thyme lemon dressing
2. Shrimps sauteed in onion, shallot, garlic tossed with mixed vegetables orzo
