- X'otik kitchen mouth watering grilled skirt steak, marinated in olive oil, soyu, lime juice, scallion, agave, thyme
- Coq Au Vin, chicken breast cooked in Chardonnay, Merlot, fresh bay and mushroom
- Crispy meatless chicken (tofu) with tangy chili lemon sauce
- Winter wheat, brown rice with sauteed scallion, shallot parsley
- Seasonal baby squash sauteed with shallot, sweet white onion, marjoram, sea salt
- Asian apple pear, cucumber, celery, red bell, basil, feta cheese, romaine heart with balsamic lime dressing
