Supervises maintenance staff, schedules daily work assignments, prepares year-end reports (inventory, work order report, vacant unit prep, etc), maintains equipment manuals, conducts complex - building – unit - equipment inspections, orders supplies; Section 8 HQS and Quality Control inspections.
Assists Executive Director/Contracting Office with plans, specs, drawings, daily inspections for modernization projects.
Martinsburg Housing Authority has 327 units of public housing in five complexes. 8 maintenance employees.
324 Section 8 HCV units.
